Video surveillance

The installation of a video surveillance system increases security as well as the protection of movable or immovable property (private or public). It also allows greater efficiency and rapidity of interventions in the event of an incident.

Video surveillance also makes it possible to monitor blind spots, places hidden by racks in a store or to monitor several places simultaneously when the workforce is small in the company (checkouts, warehouse, delivery entrance, etc.).

Brain Tech Services offers a wide range of cameras and surveillance systems and provides personalized and proactive monitoring:

  • Computer network installation
  • Wiring
  • Installation of video surveillance equipment
  • Configuration of the video surveillance server
  • Programming alerts
  • User training
  • Assistance contract
  • Hardware and software maintenance contract

IP CAMERAS

Easy to install, simple to use, IP cameras operate independently, without direct connection to a computer, in color and some are equipped with excellent night vision capabilities thanks to their infrared LEDs.

See and listen in real time, from anywhere in the world, from any computer or smartphone connected to the Internet. If motion is detected, some cameras can immediately send you a snapshot or record video to a microSD card.

The most advanced also have professional functions designed for industrial and commercial applications: waterproof, IR filter for night / day operation, audio signal, PoE (Power over Ethernet), Wi-Fi, and sun visor for a clearer vision. .

RECORDING

Several recording solutions exist in digital video surveillance:

Computer video recorder

Advantages : these are the simplest and fastest solutions to implement; often delivered free with IP cameras.

Disadvantages : these solutions are generally linked exclusively to the brand of the cameras installed.

All recorded images are stored on the hard drive of the PC or on a hard drive connected to the computer.

On-board software makes it possible to view several cameras in real time and to manage the recordings.

Network media recorder

Advantages : more complete and completely autonomous solution, without the need for a PC except for configuration. It can manage several types and brands of cameras and it integrates almost all the functions of configuring alerts and events for each camera.

Disadvantages : some features of alert management are not yet used (example: LED lights up when motion is detected).

The Multimedia NAS is a “smart hard drive” that connects directly to the network. It integrates its own software which manages the recordings itself; which therefore does not require a direct connection to a PC.

However, a computer is required for configuring cameras and recordings and for viewing videos.
